Andy Richens

ATII, Andy has been a regular speaker on the professional conference circuit for over three decades, having previously introduced training programmes at two of the big 4 accountancy firms, specialising in personal and owner-managed business taxation. Most recently, he was a senior policy adviser for the independent Office of Tax Simplification from its inception, contributing to 13 reports to the Chancellor of the Exchequer. This followed a period of nine years as tax technical director at a mid-sized firm of accountants based in the South West. Andy is a member of the Tax Professional Forum, advising on the tax policy delivery process to the Financial Secretary to the Treasury.
