Andrew Waite

Andrew Waite is a Senior Solicitor at Prospect Law. He has been an environmental lawyer in private practice for many years and for much of his career he has taught environmental law at universities and on professional courses. He was the co-founder and first Secretary of the UK Environmental Law Association and is a former President of the European Environmental Law Association and Vice Chair for Western Europe of IUCN's Commission on Environmental Law. He is the co-author of Waite & Jewell, Environmental Law in Property Transactions, 4th ed (2016) and editor of the Environmental Law Handbook, 4th ed (2013).
