Timothy Willis

Tim is a qualified Solicitor Advocate and accredited NEC Project Manager. Tim provides advice and resolves disputes as a lawyer with Irwin Mitchell LLP and provides training and accreditation for NEC professionals through the Institution of Civil Engineers. Tim has worked in the UK and internationally on a broad range of construction projects and sectors for over 30 years. He is a panel adjudicator. Tim has published articles on NEC contracts and is the author of the book NEC4: Effective preparation and Management of the Construction Programme published by ICE and Emerald Publishing.
