Helen Pettifer

Helen Pettifer is Director of Helen Pettifer Training Ltd and a specialist in vulnerable customer training. Through her own personal experiences and 10 years of working with organisations and key influencers, she’s on a mission to bring about change in how we recognise, empower and support vulnerable people. With a background in Customer Service, her training courses are designed to ensure teams gain the awareness and resources to confidently identify and respond to signs of vulnerability. Helen is a Mental Health First Aider, a Suicide First Aider, a Dementia Friend, and a Friend Against Scams Champion. Recognised as a changemaker, she was invited to become a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in 2022.
