Mike O'Brien KC

Barrister, No5 Chambers. Mike has practised in the Court of Protection for over a decade. He was a former Solicitor General for England and Wales and was appointed as QC in 2007. Mike originally trained as a solicitor and then lectured in law, served in Parliament and transferred to the bar. In the Court of Protection and the High Court he has acted for individuals, vulnerable people, relatives, local authorities, the OPG and the Official Solicitor.
