Tom is a Commercial Services Partner at Stephens Scown, specialising in AI, technology and IP Law. He assisted in the creation of the Church of England’s data sharing framework and wrote the foreword for the same, and was the lead lawyer on the seminal Thatchers v Aldi trade mark case that resulted in the first successful trade mark infringement against a discount supermarket. He also leads the firm’s AI council and provides thought leadership on AI adoption and technology change for SMEs.
