Aly has practised as a business solicitor for over 30 years. After training in a City of London law firm, she spent 10 years as a General Counsel within various PLCs, giving her experience of deals from both sides.Having run her own law firm for nearly 15 years, she understands business from every angle. A regular speaker and trainer, she has a knack for making complex issues easy to understand.She has handled hundreds of transactions throughout her career, with deal values ranging from a few hundred thousand pounds to £70 million.
