Beth Dowson

Browne Jacobson. Beth is a highly experienced tax partner and leads Browne Jacobson’s Tax & Share Incentives team, having trained at the firm before qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. Beth heads the firm’s SDLT advisory and compliance practice and advises both public and private sector clients on real estate tax issues. She also provides specialist advice on employee and management incentives, including on tax-advantaged share schemes and LTIPs, as well as tax support on corporate restructures, demergers and employment matters. Beyond her client work, Beth co-leads Browne Jacobson’s Community Action programme, co-chairing the firm’s National Steering Committee and Pro Bono Steering Group.
