Neil Makwana has wide-ranging experience. Previously, he held key roles at the UK FSA/PRA and Barclays. More recently, he worked in digital assets with OKX and Copper Technologies. As a result, he brings deep regulatory knowledge to his work. He has hands-on insight in digital asset licensing, structural reform, corporate banking, and regulatory advocacy. Importantly, Neil helps Leaman Crellin clients adapt to changing regulations. Because the landscape is evolving, his insights prove invaluable. He understands how to guide clients through compliance challenges. Neil’s foundation is in Accounting and Finance, and additionally, he holds an MBA from CASS Business School.
