Mark Allison

Coppergate Land & Property. Mark is Director of a specialist surveying practice advising landowners, developers, local authorities and professional firms across the UK. He focuses on utilities, access and land rights (easements, wayleaves, apparatus removal), compulsory purchase and statutory compensation, renewables and infrastructure. Originally trained and practised as a property lawyer, Mark combines legal and valuation expertise to resolve constraints and negotiate practical settlements on complex schemes, from individual transactions to large-scale infrastructure and development projects.
