Director at Walker Morris Solicitors LLP. Elizabeth has almost 20 years’ experience working in both private practice and, most recently, at the Competition and Markets Authority. Liz has advised clients across a range of industries and jurisdictions, from regional and national firms to international groups. Liz advises on EU, UK and multi-jurisdictional merger control, competition law compliance, private damages actions, abuse of dominance and cartel investigations. She also advises on the application of the National Security and Investment Act 2022 and UK subsidy control.
