Martin Massey

Prior to founding OneRisk Consulting—an Enterprise Risk Management consultancy specialising in strategic and technical risk management with a focus on ESG and climate change—Martin built a distinguished career in the insurance sector, working for leading global organisations including Swiss Re, AIG, WTW, Aon, and Marsh. He currently serves as Chair of the IRM’s Climate Change Committee and as an academic lead at the University of Cambridge.
