Neil Collar

Neil is a partner in Brodies LLP planning infrastructure and energy team. He is a Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute and is accredited as a specialist in planning law by the Law Society of Scotland. He is admitted as a solicitor in both Scotland, and England and Wales. His 30 years of experience spans all aspects of the consenting process for renewable energy developments. He is a long standing member of the Scottish Renewables’ Planning Group.
