Ashish is a principal in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Singapore. He is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, India, New York and Singapore and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.Within Baker McKenzie, Ashish sits on the (i) Global International Arbitration Steering Committee, (ii) Global India Steering Committee, (iii) Global TMT Dispute Resolution Working Group and (iv) Joint Asia Offices Dispute Resolution Working Group on TMT and South Asia.Ashish is acknowledged by Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a key practitioner in the area of international arbitration in Singapore.
