Partner & Co-Head of Financial services at Lewis Silkin, Wendy specialises in both advisory and contentious financial services regulation, having started her career in the Enforcement division of the Financial Services Authority (now Financial Conduct Authority) before moving into private practice. Wendy advises a very wide range of clients, from banks, financial institutions and investment firms through to advertising agencies, games platforms and cryptoasset firms across the full spectrum of financial services regulation.
