Sally Maccormick

Sally is a Senior Associate at Arc Pensions Law. She began her career in pensions in the professional services sector and qualified as a pensions lawyer in 2006 working for 9 years at the London office of a global law firm. Following a career break, she returned to practice in 2021 and joined Arc Pensions Law in February 2022. Sally advises both trustees and employers operating defined benefit and defined contribution workplace pension schemes. As well as the day-to-day advice interpreting governing documentation and pensions legislation, Sally’s broad range of experience includes project work on de-risking solutions, benefit changes, GMP equalisation, scheme mergers and funding negotiations.
