Steven McGrady

Steven is a qualified barrister and solicitor with over 30 years of tax advisory experience acquired in both the private and public sectors. He specialises in providing stamp taxes advice on transactional and contentious matters, particularly in the real estate and financial services sectors. Before joining Grant Thornton, Steven worked at Clifford Chance, was a partner at Rowe & Maw and a tax partner at a leading accountancy firm. He also advised the government and the treasury as a lawyer at HMRC’s solicitor’s offices.
