Tim Hayes

Tim has considerable immigration experience, having previously worked as a Presenting Officer with the UK Border Agency, helping the UK Government to defend immigration, asylum, deportation and bail decisions made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department. Given this background, Tim deals with all aspects of both business and personal immigration, ranging from advising companies on the immigration aspects of employment such as applying for sponsor licences, preventing illegal working, helping companies recruit overseas personnel, overseeing entry clearance applications and helping clients on compliance visits.
