Ben Fairhead

Ben is a litigation partner at Arc Pensions Law specialising in pensions-related disputes, acting for a range of clients including trustees, providers and administrators, both in pursuing and defending court claims as well as Ombudsman complaints. Ben has extensive experience of dealing with matters involving pension scams, acting in many of the reported cases in this area, as well as being a member of the Pension Scams Industry Group since it was set up.
