Principal Associate, Eversheds Sutherland. Lisa advises clients on all aspects of IP law and brand management. She negotiates and drafts all types of commercial IP agreements including licenses, assignments, R&D agreements, NDAs and other commercialization or collaboration agreements. Lisa also handles IP aspects of complex and high-value corporate transactions, from due diligence/IP analysis through advising on risk mitigation to drafting transaction documents.
