Senior Associate, Eversheds Sutherland. Alexandra advises clients in all sectors on both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters. She has a wide range of experience, including drafting and negotiating a range of agreements relating to the exploitation of IP (including technology transfer, licensing, assignments, NDAs, R&D, manufacturing, and collaboration agreements). Alex also advises on IP aspects in corporate matters, including managing IP aspects of transactions — from due diligence through advising on disclosure and warranties, to drafting IP-related transaction documents.
