He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Gordon has over 15 years of experience supporting a range of family, owner managed businesses across a range of industry sectors. He has significant expertise in corporate taxation and corporate finance, offering support and advice to clients on a wide range of areas, including buy-ins and buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, demergers and disposals, employee share incentives and international tax advice to both inbound and outbound corporate clients.
