James Whitaker

James has extensive experience of commercial and intellectual property-related disputes and advisory work, across a range of sectors but with a primary emphasis on the creative industries, and the film and television sectors in particular. Having spent almost 15 years in private practice at a large international law firm in the City of London, including four years as partner, James now acts on a consultancy basis. James is dual qualified in England and Wales, and California.
