Leah Steele, solicitor (non-practising) is the founder of Searching for Serenity, a mentoring and training business focused on helping individuals and companies with issues around burnout, imposter syndrome, resilience at work and how these impact a thriving and profitable business. Currently a non-practising solicitor after more than a decade focused on litigation, her areas of expertise included contentious probate, mental capacity and paying for care.
