Barrister, Goldsmith Chambers. Samina was appointed as a part-time Judge to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2006, the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2018 and in 2017, as an Environment and Traffic Adjudicator.Samina also practices as a barrister in the areas of family and immigration law since 2000 and is currently joint head of the Immigration team with her colleague Sarah Pinder.
