Karen Speight

Freelance trainer. Karen started her career as a solicitor in the corporate and commercial sector. After a few years specialising in corporate tax she moved her focus to employee share schemes, reward and employment taxes. Karen qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor and moved from law to the Big 4, where she worked until 2017 in Human Capital advising various companies and employers of all sizes and sectors on employment related matters. This included 12 years as a partner at EY leading various parts of their People Advisory Services Business.
