Stefan Ramel

Barrister, Guildhall Chambers. Stefan is a specialist insolvency and commercial barrister. He is a member of the Chancery Bar Association, Insol Europe, the Insolvency Lawyers Association and R3. He is also a member of the Attorney General’s Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown (A Panel) and regularly acts for the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and the Official Receiver in director disqualification cases and bankruptcy restrictions order cases.
