Harini Iyengar

Barrister at 11KBW. Harini specialises in the law on employment, discrimination and equality. She has extensive experience in high-value discrimination and equal pay claims as well as whistleblowing and victimisation cases. She is regularly asked to provide expert legal comments to the media and regularly delivers training sessions. Harini also provided expert legal evidence to the House of Commons enquiry into workplace dress codes. Harini's book 'A Practical Guide to the Law of Gender Pay Gap Reporting' was published in April 2019.
