Thomas specialises in financial services regulation and fintech. In addition to his extensive private practice experience, he has worked as an in-house lawyer for a global cloud services provider and as an enforcement lawyer at the Financial Conduct Authority which enables him to bring a range of perspectives to financial services regulatory issues.
