Tom Horrocks

Tom was a partner in a high street practice and is a regular lecturer. He was the CEO of the regulator Council for Licensed Conveyancers; also director Compliance & Risk Management and MLRO at two distance volume conveyancing companies. Tom is an accredited Lexcel consultant. He is a published legal writer and the author of the Understanding Risk module for the Law Society’s CQS 2020 Update. Tom is also a former member of the Land Registry Rule Drafting Committee.
