John Darby

Consultant. John graduated from University College Dublin in 1994 and was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 1997. John advises both domestic and international companies in all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He frequently speaks at seminars and other forums on a wide range of corporate and commercial topics, including business acquisition and disposal, shareholders' arrangements, corporate governance and directors' duties. He has also worked in a number of national and multinational organisations including Bord Gais Energy, Diageo plc and The Coca-Cola Company.
