Nitzan Cohen

Nitzan qualified as a solicitor in 2000. In 2010 he started his own tax consultancy business and he currently acts as a consultant to a number of law firms. He advises corporates and individuals on all corporate tax related matters, the tax implications relating to corporate/commercial transactions (mergers and acquisitions, MBO/Is and tax-related corporate restructuring) including approved and unapproved share schemes, employment and property taxes (SDLT and VAT). Nitzan regularly lectures in in-house seminars aimed at lawyers and other professionals on various tax matters.
