Kelvan Swinnerton

Kel qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and then as an attorney in the State of California. He worked in City of London private practice before heading up the Legal Departments of BUPA International and then Canada Life in the UK. He now sits as a Fee-paid Judge in several chambers of the First-tier Tribunal and as a non-executive director.
