This new virtual classroom seminar will explore the principles for drafting to minimise IT disputes by highlighting what you should and should not do when drafting IT contracts.

It will also consider what you should draft in the contract to remove friction if a dispute does arise so that the parties can begin working with each other as quickly as possible to minimise roadblocks.
