Introduction

Whilst the compulsory requirement for all solicitors to attend MCS1 in the first 3 years of admission may have been removed by the SRA, the core skills required of all solicitors remain as well as for those on the journey to becoming a successful manager.

Aimed at all solicitors in their first 3 years of PQE, this virtual classroom seminar will explore the key skills areas which all practitioners must develop; all of which are aligned to the 4 Core Competency sections of the SRA Threshold Standard in the Competency Statement.

This session is delivered by Jeremy Holt, whose engaging storytelling-led presentation style helps translate complex ideas into clear, memorable insights that can be readily applied in day-to-day legal practice.
